Every Monday I show a travel photo from some of my journeys around the world including local spots in Australia like Darwin, Townsville, Brisbane and Alice Springs to overseas like Japan, London, Budapest, California, Vienna and the Netherlands.
Today we are going to Alice Springs Australia. I travelled through the centre of Australia in 2006 with my dad seeing some awesome places but being at the peak of my skating career all i wanted to do is find sweet skate spots and this is one of the best. I found this drain on the way out to one of the national parks we visited. It’s amazing to skate. It has a huge natural hip that i couldn’t pass up getting a photo. I set everything up and asked my dad to hit the trigger and here’s the result. It was really cold and really dark but we ended up getting the frame.
