I have around 50 photographers i have on my bookmarks that i check out on a regular basis. Douglas Sonders is one of those photographers. I love his photography and have been following him for a years now. He almost has the best photography job i’ve ever seen. He drives and photographs fast cars, shoots for music magazines, the military and super stars on a regular basis. He also has great advice for other photographers on his blog like this article he wrote.
I am just starting out this business, i am currently working my ass off for an established photography in Brisbane and cutting my teeth by assisting and photographing some of the minor assignments for them. I knew a long time ago that becoming a photographer wasn’t an easy fast process. Just about everybody these days think they’re a photographer by owning some equipment. I am all for “everybody has to start somewhere” but that somewhere doesn’t mean making business cards and starting a business. Hope this article helps.
